BM supermarket featuring on-site parking and an inviting public plaza
A compelling project set on a plot of nearly 1,800 m², designed to host a supermarket that meets the needs of the modern Pagola residential area in Aiete.
The building is organized across four levels: two underground floors, a spacious double-height ground level, and an inviting, accessible rooftop.
The two subterranean levels accommodate the supermarket’s parking facilities, which are reached via a series of ramps directly connecting to the ground floor. Serving as the building’s primary volume and located along one of the main streets of this quiet residential zone, the ground floor is dedicated to a sales area that spans more than 1,200 m².
Finally, the rooftop has been ingeniously transformed into a large public plaza, complete with a welcoming playground for local residents. This outdoor space also features several skylights to naturally illuminate the retail area below, along with an elevator that provides direct, accessible entry despite the varying street levels surrounding the site.
