A complex of five buildings with communal areas set in a green environment

This second phase of the modern residential Pagola neighborhood is located at a lower elevation than the first phase, surrounded by green spaces with intriguing pathways winding through native vegetation.

This was the very first phase to come together: 24 homes split across three identical blocks, eight in each, one perched on its own plot.

At street level on Pagola, a raised walkway leads you straight into each building’s lobby, while a ramp tucked at the far end of the development lets cars glide down to the shared underground garage serving all three sites.

All three structures mirror one another, rising from a basement up through the ground and first floors, finishing with a top-floor penthouse. Every residence opens onto generous terraces and outdoor nooks, perfect spots to soak up the clear vistas and sunshine that these front-line homes in this cutting-edge neighborhood enjoy.

At the start of 2022, this four-entrance building, spanning numbers 37, 39, 41, and 43 on Pagola Street, welcomed its 38 new homes.

Framed by the hillside at the back and the main street at the front, the structure steps down from a lower-ground level up through the main floors, finishing with a penthouse and loft space under the roof.

Down in the lower-ground you’ll find the lobbies and parking bays, with cars pulling in from a side entrance off the main road. From the ground floor right up through the penthouse, the 38 apartments are spread across the four levels, while the attic houses the individual storage rooms.

These homes come in a wide range of layouts, all thoughtfully planned for everyday life. Their generous terraces and outdoor areas only add to the modern, contemporary vibe that sets this exclusive project apart.

As the final chapter in Pagola’s new residential neighborhood, this building housing 28 homes across three entrances.

Numbers 25, 27, and 29, went up at the end of 2022. It mirrors the scale and high-end finishes of the previous phase, completing this sleek, contemporary complex that greets anyone arriving in San Sebastián.

Communal Area

The residential complex also boasts a landscaped communal space for owners to relax and unwind, surrounded by green lawns ideal for sunbathing or simply taking in peaceful city views.

Accessible via ramps and staircases from Pagola Street, this inviting area features a spacious pool, a paddle tennis court, and a semi-subterranean outbuilding housing storage rooms, the utility room, and a lifeguard station.
