In a town where traditional housing is the norm, an innovative building has been embraced that defies conventional standards.
For the project’s layout, the steep street slope has been skillfully utilized to position the modern four-story building.
The upper three floors are dedicated to nine residences, with three units per level. Meanwhile, the ground floor—aligned with the main street—serves as the entry point for both pedestrians and vehicles, forming a natural podium from which the residential levels rise. This arrangement not only enhances privacy but also offers improved views of the spacious terraces enjoyed by every home.
