It’s hard to imagine that this long-neglected, abandoned plot would one day be transformed into an engaging building designed to meet the immediate needs of those who live and pass through this key area of the city.

The proposal envisions a tiered structure that fully embraces the natural contours and characteristics of the land. Additionally, the design enhances local living conditions by introducing a lateral passage that connects two elevators, significantly improving accessibility in this steep, hilly neighborhood.

The building is organized across four levels, with access provided by ramps running along its roofs. The street-level is dedicated to a supermarket boasting over 1,000 m² of sales space plus an extra 500 m² for ancillary uses. The first level is reserved for parking for the Eroski City supermarket.

The second, third and fourth floors offer spacious, enclosed parking areas that help meet the high demand in this busy and vibrant neighborhood.

To top off this unique building, an innovative landscaped roof has been designed, creating a more welcoming and visually appealing atmosphere for all the surrounding structures.
