Riberas de Loiola is a residential development that took shape in the early 2000s as an extension of the Amara district. Over time, it became the most prominent and expansive new neighborhood built in the city in recent years.
The project was based on a master plan involving the construction of 17 residential buildings, set among wide boulevards, public squares, and green spaces. Most of the area was planned and built between 2007 and 2016, giving rise to a fresh new part of the city.
The proposed buildings, offering over 1,000 homes in total, feature a variety of one to four bedroom layouts, each complete with underground parking and ground-floor retail spaces.
