An exclusive residential complex consisting of four semi-detached villas, making a total of eight homes, nestled in a unique residential area of San Sebastián. The project features three distinct layout types, with the villas designed on a plot that has undergone a detailed site study.
One of the semi-detached villas spans a basement, ground floor, and first floor; two of them are arranged entirely on the ground level; and the remaining villa is designed with both a ground floor and a basement.
